You can apply for basic literacy, 4, 7, 10, and higher secondary equivalence courses conducted by the State Literacy Mission until April 30. There is no fee for basic literacy, 4, 7, and other courses. Applicants must have completed 15 years of age. Those who pass the 10th standard equivalence course will be eligible for promotion to higher studies and PSC appointments like those who pass the SSLC. Those who failed the SSLC exam until 2019 can also join the 10th standard equivalence.

തുടങ്ങിയ കോഴ്‌സുകളിലേക്ക് ഫീസ് ഇല്ല. അപേക്ഷകര്‍ക്ക് 15 വയസ്സ് പൂര്‍ത്തിയായിരിക്കണം.
പത്താംതരം തുല്യതാ കോഴ്‌സ് പാസാകുന്നവര്‍ക്ക് എസ്.എസ്.എല്‍ സി പാസാകുന്നവരെ പോലെ ഉന്നത
പഠനത്തിനു പ്രൊമോഷനും, പി. എസ് സി നിയമനത്തിനും അര്‍ഹത ലഭിക്കും. 2019 വരെ എസ്.എസ്.എല്‍.സി
പരീക്ഷ എഴുതി തോറ്റവര്‍ക്കും പത്താംതരം തുല്യതയ്ക്ക് ചേരാവുന്നതാണ്.
The fee for the 10th standard
equivalence course is Rs. 1950, including a registration fee of Rs. 100.
Applicants must have completed 17 years of age as on March 1.
Those who have completed 22 years
of age on March 1, 2025 can apply for Higher Secondary Course (Humanities and
Commerce groups). The course fee for Higher Secondary Equivalency is Rs. 2600
including registration fee of Rs. 300.
SC/ST category candidates need to
pay only Rs. 100 as registration fee.
Students with more than 40
percent disability and transgender students do not have to pay course fee.
Transgender students will receive a monthly scholarship of Rs. 1000 for class
10th equivalent and Rs. 1250 for higher secondary equivalent during the study
period.

Mission Office located on the 4th floor of Kakkanad Civil Station or the
promoters working in various local self-government institutions. You can also
