Literacy mission is part of the public education department of Kerala State Government. It is the best chance to get a better education for anyone who gets no chance for education. Now state government gives education for standard IV, VII, X and Plus Two. equivalency course. Tenth thulyatha course is started in the year of 2006.

- Common education Seventh standard or equivalency course VII.
- Age is restricted to 17th or above

- Registration fee - 100
Instruction for online registration
- Compulsory fill all mandatory fields
- Upload a passport photo of applicant jpg/jpeg/png format maximum 50 kb
- Challan copy of registration fees (KSLMA-copy) and application printout submit to the district Saksharatha Mission Office. Challan form download from the literacy mission website
- The gusseted officer signed a copy of the date of birth proof and Education qualification documents are also submitted with the application printout.
- ST/SC applicant submit the caste certificate copy that attested by Gusseted officer.
