HOW TO APPLY FOR BSC, PB BSC, MSC NURSING 

All applications (BSc, PB BSc, MSc) shall be submitted to ONLINE only on the website of the Association www.amcsfnck.com. Do not send any documents or copy to the office.

BEFORE APPLYING CHECK THIS DETAILS

• Before you apply the online form you must have a valid email ID. If you do not have an email address create a new Gmail ID.
• Scanned copy of recent (taken after 1st January 2020) passport size colour photograph. The photograph should be taken in a white/light coloured background. The image should be in JPEG format. Maximum size for photograph 50 KB and image dimension is 120x150 px (4.23x5.29 cm).
• Scanned copy of the Certificates. The image should be in JPEG / PDF format. Maximum size for JPEG / PDF file 500 KB.
• If documents attached are not legible, the application will be rejected.
• One single application is sufficient to apply to all the Member Colleges.

APPLICATION FEE DETAILS

M.Sc Nursing - Rs: 1,000/- (One Thousand Only)

PB B.Sc Nursing - Rs: 600/- (Six Hundred Only)

B.Sc Nursing - Rs: 600/- (Six Hundred Only)

The application fee can be paid either by online payment gateway OR South Indian Bank Challan.
