1.  Sale of Security Cards along with Prospectus      
 through selected Post Offices  :  From 10.01.2014 (Friday) 

2.  Online Application submission  :  From 11.01.2014 (Saturday) 

3.  Last date for sale of Security Cards  :  04.02.2014 (Tuesday) 

4.  Last date for submission of OnlineApplication  :  04.02.2014, 5 pm (Tuesday)  5.  Last date for receipt of Online Application Printout      
 along with supporting documents : 05.02.2014 (Wednesday) 

6.  Date for downloading Online Admit Cards  :  From 24.03.2014 (Monday) 

7.  Date & Time of Entrance Examination :  
Engineering :  Physics & Chemistry (Paper-I)  :  21.04.2014, 10 am to 12.30 pm 
Mathematics (Paper-II) : 22.04.2014, 10 am to 12.30 pm 
Medical  :  Chemistry & Physics (Paper-I)  :  23.04.2014, 10 am to 12.30 pm
Biology (Paper-II) : 24.04.2014, 10 am to 12.30 pm 

8.  Centre of Examination  :  As indicated in the Admit Card 

9.  Time Schedule for the Examination (IST)  :  Engg P-I, P-II & Med P-I, P-II
 (a) Entry to the Examination Hall  :   9.30 am   (b) Distribution of Question Booklet  :   9.55 am 
 (c) Opening of the Question Booklet and  Commencement of Examination  :   10.00 am 
 (d) Latest entry to the Examination Hall  :   10.30 am   (e) Conclusion of Examination  :   12.30 pm 
10. Materials permitted in the examination hall  :  Admit Card, Card Board/Clip Board, 
Ball-Point pens (with Black or Blue 
ink only) 

11. Rough work  :  All rough work are to be done in the 
Question Booklet only. The candidate
        shall not do any rough work or          put Stray Mark(s) on the  OMR answer sheet. 

12. Declaration of Results :   
 Medical  :  On or before 20.05.2014  Engineering  :  On or before 25.06.2014 

13. Centralised Allotment Process (CAP-2014)  :  See Clause 11 

14. Certificates/documents to be produced  
at the time of admission 

(a) Admit Card issued by CEE. 
(b) Certificate to prove Date of Birth. 
(c) Original Mark List to prove academic eligibility. 
(d) Pass Certificate (if obtained). 
(e) Allotment letter issued by the CEE. 
(f) Any other documents as mentioned in Clause 11.7.1

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

1.  Candidate should apply for KEAM-2014 online and send a printout to the CEE on or before the last date. 

2.  Online submission of Application may be made by accessing CEE website – www.cee.kerala.gov.in

3.  Copy of the printout of the Application form must be retained for future reference. 

4.  Applicant should ensure the following before sending the printout of the application form: 
i. The applicant and parent/guardian have signed the form at the specified space. 
ii. All certificates furnished are properly filled in and signed by the competent authority and affixed office 
seal at specified place. 
iii. The photograph uploaded online and the photograph pasted in the printout of application form should be 
identical and properly attested by Head of the Institution or Gazetted Officer of Government. 
iv. The applicant should select the course/courses which he/she desires to study while applying online. 
v. The candidate should maintain confidentiality of the key number and keep it in safe custody till the end 
of allotment process. 

5.  No memo will be sent by post from this office in the case of defective applications. The defects, if any, 
which will be displayed on the website while downloading the admit card should be rectified within the 
specified period. 

6.  Candidates should send only one application for all the courses in KEAM 2014. 

7. Candidates claiming Inter Caste marriage benefit, Anglo Indian/Jew reservation benefit, etc. should submit income certificate also for availing fee concession/ scholarship.
